Shipping Information:

Shipping times vary depending on product. Allow 1-2 weeks for most orders.

Refunds may be requested should your purchase not arrive in a timely fashion. Or, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase minus the cost of shipping. Custom framed images will be refunded minus the cost of the frame plus the cost of shipping.

Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order.

Order Cancellations will be refunded minus the cost of custom materials used to complete your order. Orders canceled within 24 hours will not be charged.

Q. What Types of Photo Paper are available?

A. All Photographs are printed on Epson Premium Luster Inkjet Paper. A request for Glossy or Matte Surface papers must be made if so desired.

Q. What should I expect in the mail after ordering a photograph from "The Defining Photo" website?

A. Photographs larger than 11in x 14in will be delivered in cardboard packaging tubes. All others will be in flat mailing rigid envelopes.
